You can register for the conference by downloading the form below and mailing it in.  Please include a completed registration form with your check.  Please do not place any checks in the mail after Monday, September 23.  You can also use Cash App ($feejcogic) to register.  Make sure to put “Leadership Conference Registration” in the memo section.  You can also use Givelify.  There will be no on-site registration.  Please make sure to register no later than October 3, 2019.
